Adv. (Dr.) Arvind S. Avhad belongs to the family of lawyers. He has completed his B.S.L, LL.B degree from the Pune University and has accomplished the LL.M degree with successful rank from the Cardiff University, United Kingdoms. He has been author of several law books and has written numerous articles pertaining to socio-legal issues. Advocate Arvind has been engaged in teaching various law subjects and has delivered lectures in various Law Colleges throughout India. He has been practicing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India since last many years and has successfully represented the State Government of Maharashtra in various cases. He has been appointed as standing counsel for many Institutions, Governmental Organisations etc., before the Supreme Court of India.
